Returns Refunds

As a retailer of chocolate products which are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you have any quality issues or complaints with your purchase, please contact us on info@ / +919310481484 within 24 hours of receiving your order. We are here to help and satisfy you.

Once we have received and inspected your complaint with proper supporting evidence, we shall let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

In a rare situation where, due to any reason, an item you ordered is unavailable post confirmation of the order, we will inform you of such unavailability by reaching you on the contact details shared by you and either replace it with a similar product of your liking or process the refund on your original payment method.

No refunds shall be entertained in case of delay/ no delivery of the order on account of wrong/ invalid shipping address. The company reserves the right to forfeit the order value in such a situation or charge extra shipping charges in case the order is reshipped to a new / corrected address *Please note it may take 7-10 days for refunds to reflect in your bank or credit card post the confirmation of processing of refund from our side.
